I have eaten 3 eggs, 1 hebrew national sausage, and 2 slices of whole wheat bread for breakfast with a large banana.
Just ate 1 chicken breast, 2 spoonful of rice.
Also drank 1 and 1/2 cups of milk, with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and 1/2 scoop of protein powder and a whole medium sized apple.
I plan to have a chicken thigh sandwich, with 2 slice of whole wheat bread. Then 2 more eggs, have same raisin bran cereal, 1 cup full and finally before the end of the night I will consume 1/2 scoop of ON Serious Mass with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, 1 frozen large banana and possibly 1 serving of greek yogurt in 1 cup of skim milk.
